Five
minutes and 37 seconds long, (Ud)it was a solo by Mr Narayan. In fact, so
accustomed was I to listening to his happy songs that this sad song had to make
it to the playlist.
In fact, it
was pertinent question, because the translation of its opening line was, “Why doesn’t
loyalty beget loyalty?”
